/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;從15至17世紀，鑲嵌陶瓷形成朝鮮李朝在南部窯業地區盛行的形式和技法。 高麗時代是鑲嵌青瓷的盛哀時期，鑲嵌技法繼續延伸而發展為花粉青、繪粉青及釘雕粉青技法。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;從製作技巧上歸納：以鑲嵌、白土、鐵繪、陽刻、剥地粉青等手法装飾的粉青青瓷，完全是高麗青瓷朝鲜化的產物。粉青陶瓷是用灰色或者咖啡黑色胎土製成坯體以後，用白化粧土粉飾其表面，然後再上灰青色釉燒作而成的。根據其纹樣的不同表現方式可分為印花纹、鑲嵌纹、剥地纹、雕花纹、鐵画纹、粉刷纹等多種類型。這些粉青陶瓷有别於高麗時代受佛教美術影嚮的華麗青瓷，具有即興的、樸素的庶民特徵。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;粉青炻器帶著自由奔放、充满活力的實用形式和多姿多彩的裝飾技法；在维持瓷器風格和特性的基礎上，經過省略、變形，重新组合而成的纹飾。這種特徵，表現粉青炻器是在朝鲜時代，崇尚儒教的社會基礎上成長起來的；很大的程度上受到高麗時期以來的佛教燻陶影嚮，形成表面上不顯眼又根深蒂固的地方傳统風格。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br 氧化鎳加入釉，就能顯現灰綠及淺咖啡色等一糸列的釉色。特別是在1180 -1260℃溫度的電窯，氧化鎳亦會有檸檬黃、鮮藍、粉紅、淡綠出現。出現以上特殊釉色的主要原因是釉中含有某些成份而促成；在含鋅釉的中加入鎳呈現鮮藍，而含有鋇的釉會使氧化鎳呈粉紅色是主因。另外以特殊燒法得到的結晶鋅釉，則是加入少許氧化鎳而產生鎳藍的結晶。&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a 的形式放入釉或粘土中。發色劑以氧化錳用於釉，呈現溫暖的咖非色；如果它和魚池紅土一起滲合在釉中，在1230℃或更高溫度可燒成穩定的黑釉。若在透明釉加入4%的氧化錳，則會呈現帶紫的咖啡色；在鹼性釉中氧化錳的紫色反應更會明顯。若化粧土加入氧化錳，使用於釉下化粧方式 (不要篩，直接加入拌調)，再上透明釉，則會有斑點釉出現。 &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;‧配釉時應使用口罩，避免吸入粉塵&lt;br /&gt;‧洗滌時戴橡皮手套，避免皮膚接觸金屬氧化物 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;粘土的粉塵和數種長石含有微細石英成份，吸入過量含石英的粉塵會引起肺部不適。處在陶瓷工作室要避免製造粉塵的空氣，同時避免踏踩地板上掉落的粘土。掃把或吸塵器的清潔法並不能有效地排除微小粉塵，因此最好使用濕式清潔方法。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;部份滑石含有微量石棉，另有一些金屬氧化物含有類似石棉的結構物，避免吸入石棉而引起癌症的發生。使用天然木灰釉屬於鹼性粉未，接触會使皮膚發紅受損：這些現象說明配釉時養成用口罩和手套的習慣。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a /&gt;釉在陶瓷器的製程和表現上，佔有很重要的地位。在陶瓷器皿表面上，釉面能呈現器形表面並增加豐富色彩，亦可以運用釉面結合釉下紋飾，燒製成帶有觸感的的釉面。其中最實際的用途是它在器皿上有防水、耐酸及耐熱之特性。釉面和玻璃性質接近，玻璃是呈現無結晶透明的狀態；而釉藥在燒製過程中卻會產生結晶的效果，這個結晶的構成，使釉面衍生許多種視覺的變化，在外觀上有無光的釉面、乳濁的釉面、透明的釉面、不透明釉和色釉，另外還有結晶釉面等各種不同的表現。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;釉藥的結構&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;釉藥是個包含鹼性、中性、酸性 ，三組成份的混合物；它是個無固定組織的複合式矽酸鹽化合物。在配料取材上，多來自天然礦石。鹼性成份包括長石、碳酸鈣、碳酸鋇、白雲石和滑石等，它們是釉藥中的助熔劑，因取材份量的差異，對於釉藥的燒成溫度、顏色、質地都有決定性影響。中性成份取材來自於長石或各類黏土，其功用能使釉藥產生黏性，不致熔化流失並提高耐火度。酸性成份以石英、矽酸鋯為主，形成玻璃基材，其成份多寡決定了釉藥的熔點。&lt;br /&gt;釉藥的分類繁多，例如一個基本的透明釉，再添加發色劑(金屬氧化物)至釉中，那麼釉藥就可以在不同的基礎條件下呈現五顏六色。我們又可以溫度來歸類，如此就有低溫釉（l000℃）和中高溫釉（1150-1300 ℃）兩大類。 而窯爐提供有氧和無氧的燃燒狀態，這亦左右氧化或還原釉色的燒成效果。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;低溫釉主要用在陶器和樂燒的作品上，組成成份以鉛釉和熔塊釉為主。中高溫釉的調合材料是以長石、碳酸鈣、碳酸鋇、高嶺土和石英為主。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;近十幾年來，由於陶藝工藝逐漸普遍，市面店家亦有調合現成釉可以購回，直接調水再施釉在作品上，即可入窯燒製。這樣可以提供給初學者，另一種更便利的使用方法，等到基礎各方面穩定後，可以嘗試暸解釉藥的成份和組織，以後便可以漸漸地自己配製，更能享受陶藝多方面的探索和樂趣。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a /&gt;本文以1230℃燒成的氧化釉為討論主軸。陶藝在傳統釉的燒成大部份以1260~1300℃溫度為主，燒成下降至1230℃ 的釉，優點不少，除了可省下不少電費，有節省能源的環保概念；窯爐電爐絲的壽命得以延長；更重要的是本島大宗生產的苗栗土和南投土，均能承受此溫度，製坯在燒成中，可免除龜裂和變形的損失。燒至1230℃ 的釉是屬於1200~1300℃的硬陶器前段溫度，為找到數組各種條件均衡的優質透明釉，則需要增加助熔物質以降低它的熔點，缺點是助熔劑會增加一些材料的費用；所以1230℃ 配方略比傳統1260~1280℃透明釉的材料複雜些。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;基礎透明釉配方&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;釉粉加入適量的水就形成懸浮狀待用，當液釉接觸吸水性的素坯表面，水份被粗毛細孔的坯吸收，釉粉則附在坯體表面。本文介紹的優秀配方，以透明或半透明釉具多，燒成的範圍在1225~1240℃之間。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;首先介紹三種透明釉和各種金屬氧化物在基本釉的發色關係。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a
